Painted Steel Stall Systems
Modular horse stall systems have brought horse stall construction to a whole new level. These stalls are pre-fabricated in wall sections which can be easily set in place WITHOUT having to use support posts. These horse stalls can be used as both permanent stalls and as portable units.
Our Modular Stall Systems come with the brackets required to set your stalls in a variety of configurations to suit your individual needs. The fronts and walls can be moved, added to, or removed as your situation changes. Free-standing stalls are simple to build using our modular stall panels as the walls and fronts are locked together without having to set any support posts! Our painted steel and galvanized modular stalls already come with two swing-out sections, one on the sliding door and one on the stall front for feed. These stalls can be setup in 1/4 of the time of stall kits!
In many cases, you can use the existing barn walls as stall walls and attach our modular stalls directly to the barn walls using our starter brackets.
In some cases, the existing barn walls are not suitable for use as stall walls. In this situation, you may need to setup your stalls as shown here...........
Our modular stalls can be set against wood, steel and concrete. Our system can be used in a wide variety of ways to get both the look and practical use you need.
We suggest the use of tongue and groove 2 x 6 inch lumber for maximum strength and general appearance. Tongue and groove interlocks with each board to prevent gapping when humidity levels change in the barn. (Does not apply to miniature horse stalls)

Can you make stalls in longer lengths than 12 foot?

Can I mix painted modular fronts with mesh side walls?
Yes, our stall components can be interchanged to get the look and strength you need.
How far apart should I space the brackets for setting the stall wall against a wood barn wall?
Normally, you can install the brackets 12" from the top of the wall and 12" from the bottom.
Should I fasten the frame bottom to the cement floor in my barn?
In most cases, this is not necessary as the brackets lock the stall walls in position.
What type of rollers do you use?
We use a high strength thermoplastic roller system for long-life.
How can I make foaling stalls that can be removed easily?
Our modular system allows you to easily add and remove stall walls as needed.
Can the sliding door be placed on the right of the stall front or do I have to order this special?
Our design allows you to set the sliding door to open from either the right or left.
Can I order my stall front with the sliding door in the middle?

How long does it take to put up a modular horse stall? (Assuming the wood is already in the walls).
Modular horse stalls are the easiest to build by far. It takes roughly under an hour to assemble the stall front and 15 minutes to attach a stall wall to the horse stall front.
