Galvanized Steel Horse Stall Kits 
Using the 4 ft. sections, any size horse stalls can be built (8 ft, 10 ft., 12 ft, 14 ft and larger).
Very practical, rust inhibitive galvanized horse stalls provide years of maintenance free use. 4 ft. wide grills have 34" high x 1" round tubes inserted, on 4" centers, into channels top & bottom. Door frame has same 4 ft. wide grill section, plus two 7 ft. high vertical side channels. Overall outside dimension of door is 51 in. x 7 ft. high and can be cut down to smaller width if desired. Easily customized, our galvanized horse stalls are an excellent choice for high strength and durability plus being far superior to painted and powder coated metals in corrosion resistance qualities.
Also, odd sizes can easily be cut with a standard hacksaw. Example: a 12 ft. stall front would require 2 each 4ft. sections and 1 each 51" x 7' door frame. Removable side stall walls can be made using our 7 ft. long wall channel designed to accept standard 2 inch lumber (1 1/2 inch thick). Great for Foaling Stalls!

Horse Stall Door CM50H with Swingout Section- The same great features as our CM50 shown to the left, but this door features a swing out section for a "gossip door". The opening can be positioned in the center or offset to either side. The opening will be 19" wide when open and can be locked back with the spring-loaded latch.

Galvanized Swing-out grill section CM 52H 4 ft grill section with a swing-out section allows you to create a gossip door or a swing-out feed door. Tubes free-float on the assembly for easy replacement and our no-weld construction provides superior corrosion resistance. Simply leave out four tubes from your grill and attach the brackets to your lumber.

7 ft. long wall channel CM54. Removable side stall walls can be made using our 7 ft. long wall channel designed to accept standard 2 inch lumber (1 1/2 inch thick). Attach the wall channels to your support posts or walls and slide the lumber into the channels. Measures 7 ft. long x 1 3/4" wide x 1 1/2" deep.

Sliding Door Hardware Kit CM 84. Consists of door brackets, door latch, bottom stay roller assembly, polyethylene roller system for long life and 95” section of enclosed-top track to keep dust and material from falling into the rollers and jamming your door.

95”. long galvanized steel horse stall chew guard CM58. (angle steel) Stops destructive chewing on stall wood edges. Measures 95”. long x 1 1/2" wide both directions. Some people call these chew guards or anti-chewing strips. Other people call these anti-cribbing strips or guards. Galvanized 16 gauge steel with pre-drilled holes.

95” long steel wall cap style chew guard CM59. (channel steel) Stops destructive chewing on wood and gives your stall a finished look by capping the edges of the lumber. Fits over standard dimensional cut lumber. Will slide inside of our wall channels CM54 for a great appearance where the wall channel and wall cap come together. Galvanized 16 gauge steel with pre-drilled holes.

Wall stiffeners are used for stall walls over 12 ft wide or for stalls that were built using dimensional cut lumber instead of tongue and groove. Locks the boards together and makes the stall wall much sturdier. Each stiffener is 7 ft long, 3 inches wide and the strength gusset is 1/2 inch deep. Made of 16 gauge galvanized steel with pre drilled holes every 5 5/8 inch.
