Country Manufacturing Tandem Axle Utility Dump Trailers are built to handle firewood, brush, mulch, tools, yard debris, and moderate loads of stone or soil. However, if you plan to routinely haul large, heavy payloads of sand, gravel, or dirt, we recommend upgrading to our 2-ton units equipped with a tractor-operated hydraulic cylinder—such as the Model 8500 featured at the bottom of this page.
Our Tandem Axle Utility Dump Trailers are built to work with the Model 3010 hand-operated dump system, which features a maximum 45-degree dump angle. Standard lawn tractors lack the weight to safely support a steeper angle—lifting 2,000 to 2,500 pounds 7 feet in the air creates a high risk of tipping on uneven ground.
